Key Responsibilities:
• Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and establish new B2B partnerships that align with our e-commerce goals and enhance our digital capabilities. Maintain and grow existing relationships to maximize their value.
• Program Management: Design, implement, and manage partnership programs to ensure they deliver measurable results. Develop initiatives that leverage digital assets, including kiosks and QR codes, to enhance partner engagement and customer experience.
- Digital Asset Utilization: Collaborate with internal teams to integrate company digital assets into
partnership strategies. Develop and execute plans for utilizing kiosks, QR codes, and other digital
tools to drive partner promotions and customer interactions.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partnership performance metrics. Provide regular
reports on the effectiveness of programs, identify areas for improvement, and recommend
strategies to optimize outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations teams, IT and marketing team to
align partnership initiatives with overall business objectives. Ensure seamless execution of
partnership programs across all relevant channels.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging
technologies. Use this knowledge to identify new partnership opportunities and innovative
approaches to enhance our digital strategy.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise within partnership
programs. Act as a point of contact for partners and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration
and successful outcomes.
Professional Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Must have at least three years of experience in B2B partnership management, preferably within
the e-commerce or QSR industry.
• Have a good understanding of digital assets and technologies, including kiosks and QR codes.
• Have a good knowledge of managing partnerships and driving innovation initiatives.

• Proven track record of working under pressure/to tight deadlines.
• Experience in working with relevant stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation & communication skills
• Fluent in English.
