①Organizational culture HR manage

• 1、Organizational structure and establishment management；
• 2、Business Process and Efficiency Improvement；
• 3、Management of the job grading system；
• 4、Cultural content management；
• 5、Cultural dissemination and landing；

②Talent and Training Development HR manage

• 1、Qualification standards development and application;
• 2、Talent inventory and manpower planning management；
• 3、Grade certification and promotion management;
• 4、Cadre and Key Talent Management；
• 5、University Student Empowerment and Development Management；
• 6、Training courses, program development and landing。

③Compensation and performance HR manage

• 1、Organizational and individual goal setting;
• 2、Objective Process Management and Evaluation;
• 3、Incentive Program Setting and Execution;
• 4、Incentive Program Setting and Execution;
• 5、Compensation, benefits design and implementation;
• 6、Compensation, performance data management。

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 3+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Experience in organizational management, culture shaping,Talent development, training, compensation, performance；
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
• Experience working in a multinational company or knowledge of Chinese language is an asset.
