About the Role
Vui App is Vietnam's first earned wage access platform, helping employees access their earned salary anytime to reduce financial stress. We are looking for a Senior B2B Sales Manager to drive our expansion in large enterprises.
You will lead the effort to bring this financial wellness solution to employers across Vietnam, especially in manufacturing, retail, and labor-intensive industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, approach, and close deals with large corporate clients (typically 1,000+ employees) in sectors such as manufacturing, textiles, retail, and consumer goods.
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, building proposals, negotiating, and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and decision-makers (HR, Finance, Operations).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success.
• Represent Vui App in meetings, webinars, and presentations to educate partners about our value proposition.
• Deliver sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and insights back to the leadership team.• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, working with large organizations.
• Proven track record in selling complex solutions: fintech, payroll, HRM/ERP systems, employee benefits, BNPL, or e-wallets.
• Existing relationships with C-level executives in manufacturing zones, retail chains, or industrial businesses is a strong plus.
• Ability to travel frequently to industrial areas and provinces (e.g., Hanoi, Hai Phong, HCMC, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Long An).
• Strong negotiation, financial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
