About us:

ICTS is a Vietnam-based software development boutique that focuses on cutting-edge technologies. We specialize in custom softwares for the companies who wish to optimize their productivity, to digitize their workflow or develop their e-commerce division. We also build mobile and web applications for SMBs (small and medium businesses) and Startups, helping them boost their revenues or visualize their idea into minimum viable and scalable products.

What you will do:

Design, develop, and implement software mainly with Node.js
Develop software, applications as required
Participate in software development process including: analysis, design, and research of new technologies
Discuss with international clients about the projects

Yêu cầu công việc

3+ years of experience in backend development.
Strong proficiency in NodeJS (Express, NestJS, or equivalent framework).
Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
Familiarity with designing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Experience in PHP (Laravel) is a big plus.
Basic knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
Willing to learn new technologies
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile development environment.
Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

Salary: 20-30M VND gross/ month
13 months' salary per year, Tet and holiday bonuses: April 30th, September 2nd, New Year, project-based bonuses, and performance-based bonuses
Hands-on training provided by experienced senior BA lead and Project Managers.

Working hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday, rarely OVERTIME requested, ensuring Work-Life Balance
