Mô tả Công việc
Main Role:
- Responsible process for all external orders raised from Merchandise team.
- Developing and implementing purchasing orders for the external embellishment treatments such as: printing/ embroidery/ heat transfer/ beading/ heat seam/ … to meet the shipment plan for all clients.
Managing Supplier
- Collect all information about suppliers relating to Printing/Embroidery/Press…, including costings.
- Develop at least with 3 suppliers all the new artwork and negotiate the best price, lead time and quality with them.
- Constantly source new supplier to be sure we work with the best one.
- Try to create a matrix price for the external orders: Print and embroidery.
Developing Sample
- Collaborate with Merchandising team to develop samples and execute all external orders (embroidery, sublimation, roll print, digital, external screen-print, heat transfer, beading heat seam….).
- Come back to merchandiser and sales team 48 hours you receive the artwork to know if suppliers are capable of doing it and lead time to make it.
- Work with the designer to make artworks or patterns when developing new sample for customer.
- Get estimated pricing from Suppliers within maximum +10% tolerance allowed and provide to Merch team in time.
- Wash test all the samples receiving from suppliers to be sure the durability of the print and embroidery, heat transfer….
- Ensure supplier can reproduce the sample for bulk same quality as previously approved S/Os and if any risk needs to share with merchandisers and sales team from the beginning.
- Work with supplier to develop embroidery/print/heat transfer, ect… any new techniques/ new trends to show to our customers. Get physical samples or swatch books from Suppliers.
Production plan
- Negotiate the best on prices and leadtime.
- Make the plan with factory and suppliers to be sure we can get the bulk on time.

Education: University degree
Experience: Experiences 02 years of same level in garment field, work with CMP factory
Knowledge: Have hands-on experience in accessories and garments
Skills
- Fluent in English
- Self confident, issue-solving skills, negotiation skills.
- Flexibility - Adaptability/proactive/perceptive/open minded
- Work flows Management skills.

- Bè cứu sinh, bơm hơi và bè cẩu.
- Bình cứu hỏa xách tay và hệ thống dập cháy cố định.
- Bình thở thoát hiểm (EEBD) / chữa cháy (SCBA) / Oxy y tế.
