JOB FUNCTION
- Develop Sales Plan as per Company’s targeted markets
- Developing a sales team for mid to long term local sales expansion
- Define and prepare sales targets and budget, research market and customers with clear market segmentation
- Conducting daily sales activities according to the sales plan and Company’s focus
- Exploring potential customers and build up a solid client base to support a sustainable business development.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY includes, but not limited to:
- Prepare and report sales progress, weekly and monthly reports updated according to the requirements and procedures of company.
- Managing the sales department and supervising the sales team including hiring and training sales staff.
- Ensure proper sales activities including the quotation review & sales meeting, etc. in comply with the rules and the regulations of company policy.
- Coordinating with OP team closely and developing the business in tandem of the overall sales development.
- Carrying out the sales campaign and do joint sales visits with overseas agents and customers whenever needed.
- Maintaining day-to-day effective sales activities and supporting the sales team.
- Promoting the logistics freight services and providing feasible solutions to meet with the customers’ needs based on the service scope and network of company.
- Regularly reporting the sales progress and result to the Director and the assigned executive.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
SKILL AND QUALIFICATION include, but not limited to:
- Gender & Age: Mature Male/Female with 35 years old or above
- At least 5-7 years of sales experience with supervision skill, required in freight forwarding, logistics or shipping industry
- University graduate or Degree holder.
- Strong customer connection and client base are essential and preferable.
- Proficient both in oral and written English.
- Possess excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of operational process is an advantage
- Willing to work under pressure, self-motivated, and self-discipline are essentials.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills.
