* JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
• A Chief Accountant has important role of ensuring the excellent performance of finance & accounting activities.

• The incumbent will report to Finance Director

* KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily Operation:
• Assist the Board of Management to contribute and improve the success of the Company by managing activity, timely and efficiently the Accounting, Tax and Treasury Management scopes and team.
• Ensure the compliant level for the whole organization vs group/company policy/SOP.
• Control and review all accounting entries to ensure proper booking in line with budget.
• AR/AP aging controlling with proper explanation.
AOP Process:
• Participating in the AOP process, controlling the variance between actual vs budget/forecast.
• Support monthly CC report commentary.
Monthly/Yearly Closing and Tax controlling:
• Ensure stock control and valuation withing the company, stock reconciliations, stock takes, stock gains/losses monitoring.
• Ensure the reporting OTIP for all accounting reports and financial statements, tax reports based on internal/government regulation as well as group timeline.
• Review External Auditor’s report and submit a report to the Management outlining problems and corrective action proposed and taken. Also investigate and amend points raised in Auditor’s reports.
• In conjunction with the company’s auditors, constantly review the company’s tax position with a view to proposing methods by which the company can apply properly its tax liabilities and to submit for the approval of the Management Board a tax plan. Ensure compliance with tax laws including preparations of tax returns (corporate, VAT, withholding tax)
• Support Finance Director in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy.
Business partnering:
• Quick react and support for other department like sale, MKT, OP and HR with win win mindset
• Treasury control and cash flow forecasting. Maintain good relations with banks to facilitate the handling of such arrangements as drawing overdrafts and opening letters of credit.
• Other duties as assigned by Finance Director.
• ERP utilization for more efferent and better controlling working environment.
