*** PURPOSE OF THE JOB: A key responsibility in the development, maintain and management of feed formulas

*** RESPONSIBILITIES:

I. Main tasks
• Daily maintenance and management of feed formulation
• Adjust formula according to the need from market/HQ: formula adjustment, implementation and Bestmix maintenance (RM price)
• Forecast raw materials according to sale volume
• Update the newest version of formula on SAP
• Assist in quality control requirement of finished feed for various markets (visiting market if needed)
• Supporting in producing and launching new products (visiting market if needed)
• Supporting the analysis of feed competitor every quarters in terms of shrimp nutrition (visiting market if needed)
• Supporting research studies related to shrimp nutrition

II. Cross-function with another department
• Work closely with purchasing team to support raw materials and other purchases.
• Work closely with supply chain to manage raw materials inventory
• Coordinate and maintain standard operating procedures related to formulation (Main conductor)

III. Others
• Follow up and support nutritional trials
• Develop raw materials reference database in market (focus in shrimp feed)
• Other tasks as assigned by Formulation Manager
