Huge-Fam currently owns and operates the following brands: Bizman Sky - Restaurant & Lounge. Cowboy Zone Coffee Shop Chain, Huge-Fam Catering providing industrial catering.

1. Responsibilities

– Allocate costs, cost of goods sold;

– Reconcile balances on books (Including business performance reports, balance sheets);

– Prepare reports on corporate income tax, value added tax, financial statements and tax reports with the Tax Department;

– Work with the Tax Department and the Vietnamese government. Coordinate and support the Chief Auditor in each year-end audit;

– Manage inventories, cost of goods sold, fixed assets, general ledgers, revenues and expenditures from cost centers;

– Check and review daily accounting transactions;

– Ensure month-end settlements are performed promptly, in accordance with Vietnamese policies and regulations;

– Evaluate financial and accounting systems, procedures and practices and make recommendations for improvements and modifications;

– Control and monitor all transactions on the POS system;

– Assist the chief accountant in preparing and performing financial accounting tasks;

2.Qualifications

– Degree: University; Major: Finance / Accounting / Banking / Economics ...

– Experience: From 2-3 years of experience in a similar position. Priority is given to candidates with experience in the fields of F&B, Manufacturing, Construction ...

– Skills: Communication, organization, planning ...

– Related knowledge: Economic law, Labor law, etc.

– Required qualities: Responsible for work, independent, quick and complete the assigned work well

– Teamwork spirit, closely monitor and urge employees to handle related tasks to complete and complete reports on time
