Position Purpose:

- Ensure the accuracy of accounting books with minimum mistakes.
- Handle petty cash, money inflow & outflow, document check/make, follow payment procedure.
- Execute operation specialized in Accounting by the guidance of superiors.
- Report precisely for the risk management.

Job responsibilities:

- Exchange with banks to make bank guarantee, check the situation of transactions, check the requirement evidences or method to do, etc.
- Cooperate with other departments in AR, AP, monthly closing.
- Arrange domestic & overseas payment to vendors.
- Conduct & control expense settlement.
- Communicate & liaise with Tax Bureaus if needed.
- Handle accounting daily operation, documents filing and checking.
- Responsible for working with auditors in annual audits.
- Consult on issues related to Accounting & Taxation.
- Declare taxes (VAT, FCT, CIT, etc.)
- Record & verify daily journal entries into Accounting software.
- Issue VAT invoices, solve all arising issues related invoices.
- Reconcile and maintain the accuracy of balance sheet accounts.
- Control petty cash, money inflow & outflow, withdrawal of petty cash.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements on job application:

- CV must be written in English and clearly state desired salary.

- Have in- depth knowledge and understanding of Vietnamese Tax Law.
- Willing to work overtime, be careful and timely at work.
- Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Proficient in English. Japanese is a plus.
- 2 years or more experience in a similar position.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Ability to work independently and handle work pressure.
- Have good business manner, detail- oriented, cooperative, highly responsible and honest.
- Proficiently use and optimize Accounting software.
- From 24 to 30 years old.
