Position Purpose:
- Ensure that the machines operate stably and meet the strict quality standards required by customers during the inspection of products after weighing and packaging by the Ishida machine system.
- Provide effective technical service to customers including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, training, etc.
Technical Support:
- Set up & install equipment/machines from the start until the commissioning is completed.
- Summarize daily experiences to report to superiors and advise subordinates.
- Record and analyze machine error data to identify root causes and propose improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service, carefully listening to their concerns, and addressing issues through after- sales support.
- Make recommendations for upgrades, service or repairs and perform maintenance on equipment/machines.
- Attend ongoing training sessions sponsored by the company or manufacturers to stay up to date on the latest technology and repair techniques.
- Provide remote technical support (online/phone) for urgent customer issues and assist as Helpdesk at the office.
- Coordinate and prepare spare parts with the Service Admin team before and after troubleshooting.
- Periodically inspect equipment/machines.
- Diagnose the causes of malfunctions in equipment/machines and liaise with customers to find solutions.
- Conduct customer training on equipment/machine usage, operation, and maintenance.
- Support preventive maintenance according to the company’s maintenance plan and customer requirements.
Others:
- Cooperate with affiliated departments appropriately and in a timely manner, focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Communicate and coordinate with direct- sales partners and distributors.
- Perform tasks assigned by the company or department.

- Able to perform multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and drawings in English and/or Japanese.
- Able to work overtime on weekdays and weekends to complete assigned service jobs at the site.
- Experience in inspection machines, packaging, food industry, or industrial automation machinery is preferred.
- Highly proactive and mobile, with strong management, teamwork, communication, and problem- solving skills.
- At least 1 year working in the same position.
- Willing to travel on business trips in domestic & overseas.
- Proficient in either English or Japanese (business level).
- Basic knowledge of mechanics (mechanical structures, drive systems, and pneumatics) to support installation and troubleshooting.
- From 22 to 28 years old.
- Have good business manners and a strong work ethic.
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Customer- oriented mindset (“Customer Eyes”) with strong problem- solving skills.
- Able to work productively in a high- pressure environment.
- University or above, bachelor&039;s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation or related fields.
- Practical experience in electrical, electronic, PLC, sensor, and automation control systems.
- CV must be written in English and clearly state desired salary.
