Mô tả Công việc
- Develops and sustains automated BIM solutions and digital tools dedicated to 3D models and 2D drawings.
- Proficiently crafts intricate 2D and 3D Revit families for precise structural detailing.
- Skillfully oversees BIM model parameters and associated data.
- Pioneers the establishment of novel workflows that seamlessly integrate structural analysis with BIM models.
- Innovates and perpetuates Revit add-ins, harnessing the power of BIM/Revit to optimize processes.
- Actively engages in the design, coding, testing, debugging, configuration, and documentation of new software applications, leveraging cutting-edge technologies tailored to the designated project.
- Upholds and ensures the integrity and excellence of BIM models and drawings.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualifications:
- Hold a degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
- Possess 2-5 years of experience in a similar professional capacity.
- Demonstrate a track record of working with BIM software and associated tools, including proficiency in Revit API and/or Dynamo script development.
- Exhibit a strong command of Revit families and adeptness in data management within Revit.
- Show proven expertise in collaborative BIM platforms and familiarity with common data environments, such as Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Have experience in generating structural detailing drawings.
- Display a proficient understanding of the English language, with additional languages like Spanish, French, German, or Italian being advantageous.
- Uphold an exceptional attention to detail.
- Possess robust organizational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks.
- Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and analytical acumen.
