Kp Aerospace Vietnam

I. Import – export.
- Import materials from Korea and other countries to Vietnam and export finished goods to the US, Korea and other countries.
- Handle documents related to export and import.
- Handle import Fix Assets for factory setting up in all phases.

II. Customs & Supply Chain
- Register and submit application for duty exemption for Fix Assets and Raw Materials follow appropriate type of Customs Management.
- Prepare and submit the documents to get approval for Certificate of Origin
- Ensure the Customs clearance procedures compliance with Vietnamese Law as well as the Customers requirements.
- Representative of company to explain Vietnam Customs regarding Audit.
- Solve the custom issues based on commercial law as well as Vietnam custom law.
- Plan to import material and export products monthly in cooperation with Production Department.
- Balance material and finish product between import and export.
- Negotiate with customers to define the suitable schedule for export finished products.
- Negotiate with suppliers and customer daily so that the business of company is not interrupt. Also find and solve the problems that raise during business processing.

III. Warehouse management
- Manage stock of material and finished product to plan import and export timely for production monthly.
- Be responsible for warehouse activities such as the reception of material in the warehouse, allocation to production, and packing of finished goods to be ready to ship.

IV. Other tasks
- Communicating with Factory, accounting and other departments to ensure work goes smoothly and quickly.
- Other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
