Summary:
Laird Performance Material (A DuPont Business) is looking for a new team member to join our team as a full-time position located in Bac Ninh province.
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, managing a cross-functional team of professionals to complete assigned projects or programs.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to
• Manage continuous improvement processes, encompassing rework, sorting, product traceability, and other aspects. Provide engineering, quality system, metrology, and TQM support to optimize processes and implement cutting-edge technologies.
• Effectively manage customer complaints and take the lead in internal corrective actions, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Provide leadership to the Quality team, ensuring effective quality control and compliance with standards. Oversee site performance, manage the disposition of non-conforming materials, and conduct internal quality system audits.
• Uphold and enforce stringent quality and safety standards, fostering a secure and high-caliber work environment.
• Develop and execute PQIP for new and transferred products while actively participating in early project involvement, ensuring the prompt completion of the HUDDLE list items.
