Mô tả công việc

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on production machinery and equipment to ensure continuous and stable operations.

• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and plans for machinery, equipment, and company infrastructure, and monitor implementation.

• Prepare maintenance reports, improvement proposals

• Track and manage maintenance records, and propose upgrades or replacements for outdated or underperforming equipment.

• Participate in the renovation and improvement of company facilities.

• Collaborate with relevant departments (Purchasing, Administration, Production, etc.) to plan and coordinate procurement, installation.

• Proficiently use office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) for reporting, data analysis, and work management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• College degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in machinery maintenance, facility management (Manufacturing industry preferred).
• Basic English proficiency
• Technical Expertise (electrical troubleshooting, equipment repairs)
• Preventive Maintenance (scheduling and execution of maintenance plans)
• Safety Compliance (adhering to safety standards and regulations)
• Teamwork & Communication (collaboration with production teams)
• Computer Skills (advanced Word, Excel).
