The sales executive holds responsibility for planning, implementing to achieve the own sales targets.

Principal Functions and Accountabilities:

• Proactively promote Metecno solutions with Owners, Designers, Architects, Contractors specialized in clean room and cold room for all residential, industrial and commercial projects.
• Build and manage long term relationships and partnerships with key and target clients, architectural and engineering principals to generate leads (both Private and Public projects).
• Approach and specify projects from beginning.
• Drive the sales to achieve the individual target.
• Develop and coordinate with support teams to serve customers on time with exceptional services.
• Follow full project life cycle from Initiation to Closure.
• Handle and settle well customers’ complaints with the help of Customer Service and other teams.
• Carry out other duties in the company’s interest.

Qualifications requirement

• Fresh or 1- 3+ years’ experience in sales role
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Independent & Mature Sales Individual.

Preferable:

• Holds a technical background specifically in building industry (preferable)
• Engineer background.
