The Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated artificial intelligence engineer to join our growing company. You will in charge of develop new models and algorithms to apply artificial intelligence to solve real-world problems and change the future.
As an artificial intelligence engineer, you will be expected to have a keen interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and staying current with the latest developments in a rapidly changing field. Your duties will include collecting and analyzing data sets to identify patterns and develop predictive algorithmic models.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead the development of AI projects, from inception to deployment.
+ Oversee the integration of AI into Blockchain projects, optimizing their performance.
+ Ensure the successful completion and delivery of AI-driven software solutions, include: Work on functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures, in collaboration with an advanced engineering team and executive leadership.
+ Actively participate in R&D activities to create advanced AI solutions.
+ Explore innovative AI techniques and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
+ Lead and inspire a team of AI developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
+ Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure their growth and success.

Requirements: 
+ At least 4 years or more experience in the field of AI and 01 year as leader.
+ Qualities and attitudes: honesty, progressiveness, responsibility
+ Able to complete products and services suitable to the market and according to plan within the scheduled time.
Knowledge skills:
+ Have a practical architecture with one of the following fields: machine learning, deep learning, data science and optimization (Preference is given to the latest deep learning techniques).
+ Solid understanding of common programming languages used in AI, such as Python, Java, C++, and R (Python is most preferred).
+ Have knowledge of Large Language Model is plus.
+ Familiarity with one of the Deep Learning frameworks: TensorFlow/Keras library or PyTorch and Python (e.g. scikit-learn, numpy, scipy, pandas, matplotlib, OpenCV).
+ Have good thinking and analytical ability.
+ Has an experienced in team management.
