1. Raw material control
• Control document and check of each raw material, packaging and labelling at reception at reception
• Sampling of raw material for our sample collection
• Sampling raw material for testing in external laboratory for micro
• Issue non conformity report and fill in database
2. Goods return and product destroy
• Check and sampling to control GR before releasing to Warehouse
• Check and follow up destroy action with subcontractor at factory - make report and fill data.
3. Process control
• Report daily in case of non conformity to QA manager
• Control labelling information, packaging conditions
• Scales calibration: Control on weekly basis our scales and report any non confirmities to QA manager
4. Finish product control
• Sampling of retention finish product
• Sampling and testing on finish product as standard
• Inform the release status to QA manager or non conformity
5. Control of delivery
• Check truck condition before loading
• Check tank lorry condition before loading
• Check sub-label for trading products
• Test product in case of claim or non conformity on raw material and finished goods
6. Investigation on claim and NC
• Test product in case of claim or non conformity on raw material and finished goods
7. PRP control
• Glass and hard plastic inspection frequently
• Internal pest inspection frequently
• Warehouse hygiene inspection frequently
• Personal hygiene inspection
• Factory hygiene inspection
• Cleaning inspection in process and factory Sensory evaluation
• Evaluate sensory profile FP/ RM
• Evaluation shelf life FP/ RM
