Business Requirement Gathering: Work closely with internal stakeholders and end- users to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Reporting and Data Visualization: Design and develop interactive, user- friendly reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and SQL, providing actionable insights that drive business performance.
Innovation and Problem Solving: Identify opportunities for innovation, propose new ideas, and work with leadership to implement cutting- edge solutions that drive business success.
Alert System Development: Design and implement automated alert systems that detect anomalies and issues in business processes, helping end- users take immediate corrective actions.
Operational Support: Provide ongoing support to end- users by analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending data- driven solutions to optimize performance.
Data Governance and Control: Develop and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security, while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and deliver actionable reports. Provide training and support to end- users to ensure they understand and can leverage reports effectively.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously research and evaluate new tools and technologies to improve the data analysis and reporting processes, ensuring they remain effective and aligned with evolving business needs.

Ability to adapt to new challenges and quickly acquire knowledge in new areas.
Expertise in Power BI and SQL, with advanced knowledge of data visualization techniques.
Self- driven, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in probability and statistics, with the ability to apply these concepts in real- world business scenarios.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Developer with a proven track record of delivering insightful reports and data- driven solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to American English- speaking end- users.
Strong understanding of database management principles, data modeling, and ETL processes.
Preferred qualifications:
Familiarity with AI tools that enhance work performance, such as those for automating processes, generating insights, or improving reporting efficiency.
Strong working knowledge of Python and its use in data analysis and automation.
Familiarity with the retail (eCommerce) and logistics sectors.
Experience with cloud- based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
Hands- on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in your work.
Ability to work in a flexible environment with a focus on remote work in the PST timezone or a hybrid schedule combining offline work in VNT timezone and remote work in PST timezone.
