1. Planning and Logistic
• Ensure that seeds are available on time, in the right quantity and quality in accordance with the planning
• Supporting for import (and export) of seeds both commercial and for breeding purposes include document process
• Inform Sales Representative / Crop Specialist / Account Manager about availability and pending orders (if applicable share with Specialist Customer Service)
• Confirm the receipt of the trial seeds and take care of the division of the seeds per Sales Representative
2. Customer Service (in some subs this is a dedicated job)
• Carry out the entire process from receiving questions from clients and colleagues about orders and seed availability till the shipment of the seeds to clients and after sales
• Be the first point of contact for the Sales team and clients about orders and availability
• Book orders and prepare invoices
• Apply prices in co-ordination with the manager
• Adapt the price list
• Execute actions after requests from the Sales team in view of new prices, special deals or special conditions
• Report to the Sales team and manager about progress of sales, gaps between budget & realization
• Support the manager by giving input for the Control Report
• Play a role in solving complaints by gathering info and communicating to the supply- and/or complaints team in the Netherlands
• Create return notes and credit notes
3. Stock control (in some subs this is a dedicated job)
• Responsible for stock control and shipping orders to clients
• Receive and administer the seeds
• Pick, pack and prepare the commercial orders
• Manage warehouse and stock control
• Responsible for expedition and freight quotation
• Check shelf life of seeds
• Make a destruction plan for expired seeds in co-ordination with the responsible supply team
4. Communication
• Be responsible for the communication regarding seed supply to relevant stakeholder
• Be in contact with the local Sales team and local finance team
5. Client and market information
• Contribute to correct use of applications
• Ensure that all required data in CRM and/or Agora is accurate and reliable in co-operation with commercial colleagues
• Be a local key user for CRM (optional) o Train local CRM users o Train local users on Qlick Sense o Signal bottlenecks and suggest improvements in the system o Implement (changes in) the system

Requirements for the Specialist Sales Support
• Bachelor degree
• Minimal 3 years of working experience, preferable experience in seed business
• Proactive
• Planning & organisational skills
