We are looking for a passionate Senior Backend Engineer/Tech Lead with .NET background to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing .NET applications, participating in every stage of the software development lifecycle. From gathering requirements and designing solutions to testing and deployment, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality software products that meet both user needs and business objectives. 1. Coding and Development:
Develop reliable and efficient code in C# and .NET languages, ensuring quality through rigorous testing and debugging to meet project requirements.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, creating scalable and maintainable solutions that align with project specifications and user needs.
Identify software bugs and performance issues, using effective debugging techniques to resolve them promptly.
Regularly update and refactor the existing codebase to improve performance and maintainability, ensuring compatibility with new developments.
2. Problem-Solving & Security and Compliance Awareness:
Analyze and diagnose technical issues, proposing effective solutions or workarounds.
Proactively troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth functioning and optimal performance.
Implement security best practices in coding and data handling to develop secure software solutions.
Adhere to relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR and PCIDSS, conducting regular audits and reviews to maintain compliance.
3. Version Control and Documentation:
Use version control systems like Git for efficient code management and collaboration, ensuring that code changes are well-documented.
Maintain clear and detailed documentation of code, processes, and project updates, ensuring accessibility for all team members.
4. Collaboration & Project Management:
Work closely with developers, designers, and testers to achieve project goals. Participate in code reviews and contribute to a collaborative development environment.
Keep team members informed about project progress, challenges, and solutions. Facilitate clear and consistent communication to ensure cohesive development.
Contribute to project planning by providing task estimations and identifying potential risks. Help define timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
Suggest improvements to development processes and workflows, aiming to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Technical Leadership (for Tech Lead Level):
Design and oversee the technical architecture of projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and company standards.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain high-quality codebases.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices. Quickly adapt to new frameworks and methodologies to enhance productivity.
Provide mentorship and guidance to the development team, helping them overcome technical challenges and enhancing their skills.Proficiency in .NET and using various C# frameworks to develop scalable and efficient applications;
Strong skills in database management and operations, specifically with SQL Server, MySQL, and
PostgreSQL, to handle data-driven applications effectively;
Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs REST, RPC;
Experienced in using Version Control Systems, such as Git, to maintain code integrity and support
collaborative development efforts;
Proven capacity to swiftly acquire and apply new tools, frameworks, or methodologies, enhancing project
capabilities and outcomes;
Possess effective communication skill;
Proficiency in both spoken and written English;
Experience working with Front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Typescript, and Scriban is
