We are looking for versatile and experienced Senior Full stack Developers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both backend and front-end components of our applications. You will work closely with our product team to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in full-stack development and expertise in at least three key areas such as backend, front end, database modelling, cloud computing, security, or AI integration.Your tasks:
Interact with business stakeholders and/or customers to understand requirements and to ensure workflows that support business processes in the best possible way.
Design and implement RESTful APIs to expose backend functionalities to frontend applications and external clients, integrate third-party APIs, and services to enable seamless interoperability.
Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic, database models, and services using modern frameworks and technologies such as Node.js (Express, Nest.js) and Python.
Design and implement efficient database schemas and ensuring scalability and reliability.
Design and implement responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (such as React.js, Angular, etc.).
Develop reusable components and frontend libraries.
Optimize backend & frontend performance, scalability, and user experience.
Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Support and involve in deployment processes to ensure smooth releases and updates.
Ensure application security by implementing authentication mechanisms and applying best practices.
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Develop and maintain documentation for development processes, systems, and pipelines.
Perform other tasks assigned by the team.MUST HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years of experience in full stack development.
Strong proficiency in Node.js (Express.js, Nest.js) for backend development.
Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
Solid understanding of database concepts and proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database (Postgres, MySQL), and NoSQL.
Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS and experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks for frontend development, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Experience with CI/CD tools and practices, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Travis CI.
Knowledge of authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth, JWT) and security best practices.
Good at English skills both in writing & verbally with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
