* GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:
- Ensure an effective Chain of Custody (CoC) Compliance System at ScanCom Group in line with FSC Standard, EUTR law, Australian law, LACEY ACT, FLEGT, IWAY Forestry Standards, Clients' wood origin requirements and SCVN's CoC requirements.
- Manage and maintain up-to-date the wood traceability document system with the required wood traceability documents, standards, laws and necessary records in hard and soft copy at the designated drives and provide required wood traceability documents to the customers and the certify bodies by their requested timeline.
* RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, AND AUTHORITIES:
* Main responsibility:
- Checking and maintaining the documents and records of wood origin for the ScanCom group.
- Working with sales teams and customers to feed the demand of wood origin documents.
- Ensuring propper and adequate documents and records uploading to the customers' required platforms for the customers' compliant assessment purpose.
- Monitoring the wood origin compliance level in ScanCom and at ScanCom Supply Chain.
- Cooperative with relevant departments, functions and operation on implementing and maintaining the wood traceability system.
* AWARENESS
- Attend necessary internal/external trainings, workshops for the purpose of better handling and maintaining the system.
* RIGHTs
- Conduct wood traceability audit at ScanCom Vietnam (SCVN), at Branches of SCVN and all relevant SCVN's suppliers within the supply chain with reccomendations for CAPA.
* OTHERs
- Responsible weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-quaterly and annually update and report to internal and external reporting requirements.
- Other tasks as per the instruction from department head and new direction from the company.
* WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
* Internal:
- Be cooperative with responsible people from relevant departments: supply chain (PPM, PROC, Im-Ex), sales, KM, BOM, TD, warehouse, production planning and finance in implementing and maintaining the wood traceability compliance system.
* External:
- Be cooperative with the people from relevant local authorities and stakeholders (Forest protection authority, FSC certify bodies, customers, customers' authorized organizations on the assessments, audits.
* Reporting:
- Superior: Wood Traceability Manager* EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Level: University
- Language: English (C level)
- Computer: Microsoft Office Applications (Good)
- Experience: Understanding FSC standards and local forestry law
- Other:
