OVERVIEW:
The Talent Development Manager is overall responsible for the SharkNinja SEA associates' talent and development, including development, execution and implementation of Sharkninja Talent Development policies, procedures, principles and administrative matters in accordance to corporate culture, policies and local laws.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Implement talent and learning development programs as program manager.
• Continuously improve programs effectiveness according to feedback from business team, trainees and HRBPs, etc.
• Manage the digital learning platform to provide diverse learning approaches and drive learning culture.
• Design learning promotion strategy and promote blended learning activities.
• Drive internal trainers program and continuously develop internal trainers.
• Develop instructional materials for in-person programs, web-based training, virtual classroom, bite-sized courses, and blend solutions.
• Deliver leadership & soft skills courses as a trainer.
• Manage external training vendors for training course and program design and delivery.
• Other job assignment from line manager.Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above with at least 8 years' relevant training or TD experience in MNCs.
• Passion for learning and development with excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
• Good at social media platforms and proficient skills in v-log/poster/twitter article etc.
• Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability.
• Good team player with proactive attitude.
• Fluent English both in oral and written.
• Proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
• Experience of internal trainer system development/9 box/talent mapping is a strong plus.Khác
