Local Planning and Procurement System and Purchasing

Procurement Activities
Planning and placement of PO for local direct materials and packaging.
Placement of PO for indirect materials as per requested from users."
Coordination with regional procurement on the importation of materials and follow up shipment status. Update material planning template weekly, or whenever it is applicable.
Monitor and follow-up with the shipping agent and customs broker the arrival and release of process with forwarder and IC partners. Goods ensuring they are processed on time including landed costs entry in SAP.
Exportation activities related and communication to ordering sites
First communication channel with local BU on enquiry and any procurement releated.
S-Report or any report required by local team.

Production Planning
Coordinates inquiries with Sales, Lab, Logistics, and Production.
Creates daily production plan base on open SO

Purchasing
To source suppliers for Direct and Indirect materials. Negotiate and performed vendor selection process and communicate to other departments related activities.
Stay up to date with industry trends and establish long-term purchasing arrangements with vendors when it is beneficial to the company.
Negotiate commercial agreements for the local supply of materials, goods and services ensuring that they are delivered as required.
Coordination with the overseas supplier on the importation of materials
Monitor and follow-up with the shipping agent and customs broker the arrival and release of goods ensuring they are processed on time.
Lead cost saving activities including BYTE and Indirect saving.
Maintain and coordinate purchasing global tools includes saving sheet, forecast tool and provide information as requested by region/global community.
Supporting and controlling the implementation of ISO 9001 in the area of Purchasing & Procurement
Run SAP Purchasing Module and Support PLM inkportal System
To properly execute creation , posting and closing of purchase orders.
Closely coordination with other SAP key users WH, TH, MDM, AMS, PUR, QM
To support any subtask assign and record in PLM inkportal System
Vendor/Suppliers Relationship are well maintained as per Siegwerk Policy
Establish and build relationship with potential key suppliers with the view of securing long terms supply of key materials
Maintain and update the full supplier terms and conditions and relevant data in SAP system
