Working in Hung Yen province
1. Be responsible for dyeing product: production planing controller dept(PPC), Knitting-dept, Laboratory-dept, Dyeing-dept , chemical warehouse controlling-dept, Finishing-dept and quality inspection-dept.
2. Working out and implementing standard operating procedures for production operations
3. Implementing and enforce quality control to meet customer requirement
4. Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures, code of conduct, company policy and regulation.
5. Arranging and optimizing resources to meet production targets.
6. Analyzing production and quality control to detect and correct problems
7. Working with technical team to determine and implementing improvements to the production process
8. Providing leadership behavior
9. Monitoring and reviewing the performance of staffs
10. Analyzing staffs performance and providing appropriate training to develop their skills
11. Preparing and maintain production reports
12. Co-operating with other departments to solve issues related to dyeing fail;
13. Managing: Support team to implement Kaizen ideas and roll out innovation plan to achieve both
production quality/efficiency target & the sustainable production goal
