- Incoming quality control:
1. Incoming Quality inspection activities:
+Checklist scrutiny
+Input material, component part sampling
+Incoming quality check
+To create Inspection standard.
+To create Inspection agreement with Suppliers.
+ Monitoring and checking for abnormalities in products, out of specification requirements.
and non-conformities
+Responsible for Initial Supply Control
• The new part is manufactured – New Product
• Similar to other parts manufactured – New Product
• Existing part change as per specification change required by the customer
2. Process Quality Control System
+Control and management changing point:
• Start manufacturing after a long lay-off (12 months) – Process Change
• R/M, Product design/process/Tool/ Die/ Machine/ Equipment change/minor change -New Product/ECN/Process Change.
• Layout Change – Process Change
• Relocated Plant – Process Change
• Supplier / Sub supplier Change – Process Change
• High volume increase
+Performance audit
+Statistic control
- Responsible for managing Lab room (include management measuring equipment and tool)
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
