Your Impact as Marketing Manager

Are you a creative marketing professional driven by achieving tangible outcomes? We're searching for a Marketing Manager to lead the charge for all marketing campaigns and initiatives within the country, guaranteeing their successful execution. You'll be a naturally engaging people leader, adept at building a positive team dynamic, sustaining enthusiasm, and inspiring your staff to reach their full potential. Leading from the front, you will provide active coaching and continuous feedback to nurture your team's growth.

What You'll Accomplish

• Architect the country's marketing roadmap, detailing campaigns, programs, and events with the right mix of tactics to hit agreed-upon goals for leads, revenue, margin, and profit.
• Orchestrate the rollout of all tools supporting sales (events, digital outreach, web marketing) to generate qualified leads, convert orders, and boost sales, fully aligned with Segment Sales plans.
• Steward the marketing budget, ensuring investments drive profitable growth by smartly distributing funds across key business-building opportunities.
• Put digital marketing plans into action, synchronized with Sales and Trade Marketing strategies, to effectively launch new offerings and expand e-commerce activities for increased leads and sales.
• Measure and report on the ROI of all marketing spend, using data from before and after initiatives to assess results.
• Spearhead flawless launches of new products into the local market, coordinating integrated marketing activities and forging partnerships with key industry opinion leaders, following central Marketing directives.
• Maximize the value derived from merchandising activities while maintaining disciplined stock management practices.
• Ensure the CRM platform is leveraged optimally for clean, current market data and to enhance sales team productivity.
• Maintain high aesthetic and quality standards for all design work and projects, adhering to company-wide branding guidelines.
• Develop and lead the marketing team, focusing on elevating performance, nurturing talent, and fostering deep engagement in line with our company values.

What You Bring

• A track record of 8+ years in a similar marketing capacity, ideally gained within dynamic, international business environments.
• A Bachelor, Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree in a related field is a significant asset.
• The ability to conceptualize strategically and then mobilize the organization to execute that strategy effectively.
• Direct experience managing a Profit & Loss budget.
• Strong financial literacy combined with an understanding of sound organizational methods and procedures.
• Experience related to managing or organizing sales channel structures.
• Exceptional skills in both verbal/written communication and delivering presentations.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies.
• Adeptness at tackling challenges and finding practical solutions.
• A leadership approach that naturally inspires both internal teams and external clients.
• Demonstrated team management capabilities, underscored by a strong sense of empathy.
