* Sales & Business Development
- Promote gaseous fire suppression systems to data centers, IT facilities, telecom operators, and industrial clients.
- Build and maintain strong networks with consultants, M&E contractors, and facility managers.
- Pursue project-based opportunities and participate in tenders/bidding processes.
- Achieve sales targets and market penetration objectives.
* Market & Product Development
- Conduct market research on data center growth and fire protection trends.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to enhance product positioning.
- Represent the company in industry seminars, exhibitions, and customer workshops.
* Customer Engagement & Support
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical submissions for fire suppression projects.
- Provide pre-sales consultation and post-sales support for customers.
- Ensure smooth project handover with operations and technical teams.
* Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain project database and sales pipeline reports.
- Regularly update management on project progress and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal design and technical teams for project execution.
* Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of gaseous fire suppression systems and related standards.
- Familiarity with data center operations and critical facility fire safety needs.
- Good technical understanding with ability to present solutions to clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
