CHANNEL GROWTH STRATEGIST – DETERMINANT FASHION BRAND
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Strategist to lead the expansion of our distribution channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing agents to purchase and operate our products in various locations. This role involves both online and offline strategies to establish and strengthen our presence in key markets.

Responsibilities:

*Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify potential agents and assess market demand.
• Analyze competitor distribution strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
*Agent Acquisition:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to attract and onboard agents.
• Build relationships with potential agents through online outreach, networking, and direct communication.
*Negotiation and Contracting:
• Lead negotiations with potential agents to secure favorable terms.
• Draft and finalize contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.

*Training and Onboarding:
• Coordinate training programs for agents on product knowledge, brand values, and operational procedures.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new agents into our distribution network.
*Performance Monitoring:
• Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor the performance of agents.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the management team on channel performance.
*Offline Workshop Setup:

• Assess the need for offline workshops or training sessions based on agent requirements.
• Plan and execute offline events to strengthen relationships with agents.
*Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align distribution strategies with overall business objectives.
• Provide feedback to product development based on market and agent insights.

*Market Expansion:

• Identify and prioritize new markets for distribution channel expansion.
• Develop entry strategies and execute plans for new market penetration.
