Principal Duties and Responsibilities (list of tasks in order of importance or the time consumed)

1. Executive, Quality Assurance:

× Responsible for the QA functions in the relevant section

× Plan, conduct and monitor risk management activities, testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality meets customer requirement.

× Motivate subordinates to promote their job efficiency & maintain discipline, morale and harmonious relations among subordinates.

× Ensure that the employees at the respective function adhere to all relevant procedures/ SOP (Standard operation procedure) and WI (Work instruction)

× Conduct quality meeting and review KPI with subordinates periodically for continue improvement.

× Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.

× Feedback & communicate with relevant parties on matters pertaining to product quality or process error for correction & prevention.

× Work with the team to improve first pass yield (FPY), observed quality level (OQL), Lot Accept Rate (LAR)

× Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.

× Investigating customer complaints and non-conformance issues

× Analyze facts or circumstances surrounding individual problems to determine what action should be taken within the limits of standard practices.

× Responsible for verifying corrective actions committed are implemented.

× Ensure all customer feedback and complaints are addressed.

× Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.

× Participate in training and development activities to ensure that new technologies are applied, and staff skill levels are developed

× Ensure departmental and sectional objectives and work procedures are fulfilled and followed accordingly.

× Ensure compliance towards safety policies and regulations always.

× Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned

2. Executive, Quality Engineering:

× Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.

× Interpret and implement quality assurance standards.

× Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards.

× Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.

× Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.

× Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.

× Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities

× Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.

× Collect and compile statistical quality data.

× Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.

× Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.

× Prepare reports to communicate the outcomes of quality activities.

× Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.

× Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.

× Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.

× Monitor risk management activities.

× Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
