Cost Accounting & Analysis

• Develop and maintain standard costing systems to track and control manufacturing costs.

• Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Conduct variance analysis (PPV, labor, overhead, efficiency, and yield variances) and report findings to management.

• Ensure accurate product costing, including Bill of Materials (BOM), routing, and overhead allocation.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, cost forecasts, and financial projections for manufacturing operations.

• Monitor actual vs. budgeted costs, providing detailed variance explanations.

• Work with production and supply chain teams to develop cost estimates for new and existing products.

Inventory & Internal Controls

• Oversee inventory valuation for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

• Implement and enforce inventory control measures to reduce shrinkage, obsolescence, and inefficiencies.

Operational & Financial Reporting

• Prepare cost and profitability reports, including product costing, plant performance, and cost trends.

• Develop cost allocation models for overhead distribution across product lines.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Process Improvement & Systems Enhancement

• Identify opportunities for process improvements in cost accounting and reporting.

• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to optimize ERP system utilization for cost tracking and reporting.

• Implement best practices in cost control, efficiency monitoring, and financial reporting.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

• 6–10 years of experience in cost accounting or managerial accounting, specifically in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of costing methodologies, inventory management, and financial reporting.

Language & Communication Skills:

• Fluent in both written and spoken English (mandatory).

• Ability to communicate effectively with international teams, including headquarters and suppliers.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).

• Experience with financial modeling, variance analysis, and cost allocation methodologies.

Soft Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and supply chain teams.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and process efficiency.

Job Location & Work Arrangement:

• First Year: Full-time at Hanam Factory to gain hands-on understanding of manufacturing operations and cost structures.

• After One Year: Based in Hanoi Office, with 1–2 days per week of on-site factory visits.
