Manage and lead at least 80 employees.
Lead plant production and maintenance personnel in day to day activities to ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Ensure preventative maintenance and repairs of all material handling systems and equipment to minimize downtime.
Ensure the production schedules are met target.
Plans, organizes, implements and monitors works on time to ensure work progress and minimize costs
Ensure site compliance to all labor, safety, and environmental regulations.
Prepare management reporting as required.
Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
Perform other duties as assigned.Male, priority for candidate has BRC or QA experience.
Graduated University specialized Food/ Chemical/ Agriculture or other related majors
At least 2 experience years in a plant management role.
