Objective of role:

Coordinate operations in the office to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.

Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities

1. Employer Branding:

- Responsible for building the employer branding strategy and organizing external activities to attract talents and promote company culture;

- Identify and build on potential partnership opportunities to improve the company's employer brand;

- Work across teams to execute and optimize employer branding engagement initiatives and campaigns;

- Measure the effectiveness of our employer brand strategies.

2. Employee Engagement:

- Work across teams to execute and build up ideas/concepts of internal activities to attract high engagement of employees and promote company culture;

- Create communication materials including content and images, for posting in internal communication channels (Facebook group, Email, etc.).

3. Admin:

- General management: supervision, management of facilities, sanitation, security, working with the management board on people arising related to the house operation.

- Making monthly payments: administrative costs, office-related fees

- Collecting documents, requesting at the end of the month, making reports

- Other tasks as required
