Objective of role:

Responsible for human resource management tasks assigned: Developing policies, procedures, legal advice for the business sector.

Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities

- Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy

- Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media

- Design and create E-learning courses to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

- Ensure that learning content aligns with the organization's needs and objectives.

- Prepare job descriptions, manage postings on Fuel’s career website as well as other relevant posting websites

- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including pre-screening, on-site interviews, reference checks, and offers

- Prepare and process hiring documentation in collaboration with the Human Resources department

- Research and participate in the most relevant career fairs, local job fairs and professional events

- Implement brand confidence and retention practices amongst newly recruited talent

- Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy.

- Foster and maintain professional relationships with existing employees

- Lead and manage the team by setting goals, providing guidance, monitoring performance, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration

- Other tasks as required by management

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

-       University graduate or higher, major: Human Resources / Law

-       General HR knowledge and experience

-       Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must and problem solving skills

-       Highly motivated, goal driven, result oriented and team player.

-       Able to work independently and under pressure

-       Integrity and high responsibility

-       English: reading and understanding documents

-       Computer: proficient in Microsoft office/ Outlook
