Job Description:

1. Receptionist cum Office management

• Ensure smooth office operations, including equipment and supplies management, cleaning and well- organized office.
• Monitor and purchase office supplies as needed.
• Visitor management: responsible for providing a positive and warm welcoming experience to guests and clients, creating a favourable impression of the company.
• Maintain office assets and coordinate repairs when required.

2. Administrative Support

• Handle incoming/outgoing documents, contracts, and correspondence.
• Organize and maintain records, reports, and administrative files.
• Assist with legal paperwork, contracts, and company procedures.
• Track and process office expenses, utility bills, and payments.
• Collect and manage office invoices and receipts.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

Requirements:

• Submit resume with good looking profile picture
• Experience in office administration/ Receptionist or a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in handling tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with different teams.
• Willingness to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
