• Overall manage operation of the IT system, server room, accounting system, software, wi-fi, computers and laptops, printers, switchboard, video and voice conferencing system, of the whole company;

• Manage Company internal networking, user administration, email administration. Ensure the back-up scheme and security for the system;

• Consult and implement the storage solutions of building information at the safest: guest list, car parking data, ... to PM and HODs;

• Consult the hardware and software should install on the building system;

• Responsible for coordinating with and consult to building's vendor (such as: security system; CCTV; elevator; car parking; counting system; telecommunication system; mobile-phone system) in set-up; back up information; install and be able to fix where problem caused;

• Coordinate with IT Specialist from HQ to apply the Group's regulations to project, make sure the system consistency (information security; clarification software; inventory; ...);

• Support end-users with IT training and when they experience problems with IT equipment or applications;

• Supervise staff and manage IT department
