About Us

We are Vina Sunwoo Co., Ltd, a fast-growing company in Packaging. Our General Director is looking for a professional, reliable, and internationally minded Executive Assistant to support daily management tasks, coordinate with internal teams, and facilitate communication with partners.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct administrative and strategic support to the General Director.

Manage calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and business schedules.

Draft, review, and translate documents (English ↔ Vietnamese if needed).

Act as the liaison between the General Director and internal/external stakeholders.

Support in preparing reports, presentations, and official correspondence.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

Pay: ₫40,000,000 - ₫60,000,000 per month

Foreign nationality: Philippines / Germany / India.

Currently living in Vietnam OR have prior working experience in Vietnam.

Strong command of English (both written and spoken).

Proven experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to top management.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Vietnamese business culture is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Vietnamese language skills are an advantage (not mandatory).
