You will act as a multi-functional assistant, supporting the CEO in administrative tasks and coordinating medical and travel services for international clients.
CEO Support
• Assist the CEO in reading and responding to English emails (topics may include travel, marine services, healthcare, etc.)
• Be available during night shifts (5PM-7AM); rest time is allowed when the CEO is not active.
International Client Support (Medical Tourism)
• Provide logistical and medical assistance for international travelers in Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Laos, Singapore, and the Philippines
• Assist clients in accessing medical services at international hospitals such as FV, SOS, Family Medical Practice, Columbia Asia, Hoan My, Tam Tri, etc.
• Coordinate with hospital partners to send Guarantees of Payment (GOP) and request medical reports to submit to European insurance providers
• Work only with pre-established hospital and clinic networks (no need to find new vendors)
Travel & Logistics Coordination
• Book hotels, vehicles, flight tickets, and ambulances using the company's existing supplier networks
• Ensure timely and accurate service delivery for clients in urgent situationsGender: Male
Age: 22 - 26 years old
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in English Language, Tourism, International Business, or similar fields, OR IELTS 6.0+ / TOEIC 750-800+
Typing speed: Minimum 30 words per minute using Telex input method
Willingness to work night shifts (at least 2 nights/week)
Willing to work on public holidays (with holiday pay as per company & labor law regulations)
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, high level of professionalism
Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
Proficient in English for daily communication and documentationThưởng
