1. Compliance Management: • Stay updated on labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in multiple Asian countries (China, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia,Viet Nam) • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to local laws and regulations. • Collaborate with legal and HR teams to implement changes in policies and procedures to maintain compliance. • Review company policies. • Implement and manage an effective internal control process • Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance • Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes. 2. Payroll Processing: • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for employees in Asian countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Collaborate with payroll providers and finance teams to gather necessary payroll data. • Manage payroll vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met. 3. Taxation and Reporting: • Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll-related taxes and statutory contributions. • Oversee required reports to local authorities. • Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations affecting payroll. 4. Employee Relations: • Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve issues promptly. • Educate employees on payroll policies, tax deductions, and compliance matters. 5. Process Improvement: • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve payroll processes. • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations. 6. Data Quality • Update Olmix Group HR software accurately (Olmix and Me, Skill-up...) 7. HR team support • Support HR Asean team within the following processs: + Conducting exit interviews. + Collecting and analyzing employee data. + Using data to create employee profiles. + Liaising between employees and management. + Compensation and benefits container benchmarks 8. Management • Manage a compliance and benefit officer in charge of Vietnam
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. • Good English communication • Minimum of 7 years of experience in payroll processing and compliance management in Asian countries. • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements across various Asian jurisdictions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in payroll software and MS Office Suite. • Certifications in payroll or related fields are a plus.
