JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Data Entry Assistant
Location: Hanoi Vietnam
Job Type: Full-time
Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday
Salary: $700 - $1,000 Gross per month

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving new orders for cabinets and countertops from our key builder accounts. This will include reading customer shop drawings, purchase orders, and external production calendars and entering this information into our computer system.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in day-to-day data entry
2. read customer drawings of kitchen countertop and cabinet
3. Ensure the accuracy and precision of designs.
4. Communicate effectively with team members to address any potential issues.
5. Adhere to timelines and complete tasks in an efficient manner.
6. Bookkeeper support.


Qualifications:

1. Knowledge or experience in kitchen design or a similar industry is a plus, but not required.
2. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
3 Ability to work effectively independently.
4. Good communication skills in English.
5. Be able to do repetitive tasks
6. No experience in our industry is required.
