Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• University degree or higher in a relevant Engineering discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience.
• Experience leading and managing technical projects from inception to completion (from idea, design, implementation, to final acceptance).
• Deep experience in process optimization, cost reduction, and performance improvement (OEE, yield).
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make fast, accurate decisions under pressure to resolve process incidents.
• Good verbal and written skills in English, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external sides.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with other departments such as Production, Maintenance, Research & Development (R&D), and Quality.
• Prefer to have knowledge of ISO/IATF 16949.

Physical Requirements:

• Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Over-time working is required.
