Job Description:
We’re looking for a Senior QC/ QA Engineer to join our team. As a Senior QC/ QA Engineer, you will be responsible for cooperation in leading the quality assurance effort for our products. You will be working closely with our development team to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Testing existing system processes and provide recommendations changes or improvements to existing processes, methods, and technologies that improve product quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- The candidate should be able to work independently to identify test cases/test scripts from requirements and map test cases/scripts back to the original requirement
- Understand business objectives and build alignment and buy-in cross-functionally.
- Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into manual and/or automatable scenarios.
- Developing and Executing the Cross Browser (browsers like Safari, Chrome, Mobile browsers) testing.
- Perform exploratory testing with a focus on identifying and documenting defects
- Review defects and test logs with QC/QA team to identify root causes and suggest solutions for improving testing, documentation, and process improvement
- Understand product lifecycle concepts and participate in the test planning process
- Provide training to junior engineers
