We are seeking a detail- oriented and proactive Legal Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting legal operations, ensuring compliance, drafting and reviewing contracts, and providing legal advice to internal teams. Your Responsibilities

Ensure all company operations comply with applicable local and international laws and regulations.
Coordinate with external counsel as needed for specific cases or jurisdictions.
Support the negotiation process by identifying key legal and business risks.
Maintain accurate and organized legal documentation.
Draft, review, and revise a wide range of legal documents, including service agreements, NDAs, partnership contracts, and internal policies.
Collaborate with HR, Operations, and other departments on legal matters including labor law, data privacy, and corporate governance.
Assist in handling internal compliance training and policy updates.
Monitor legal trends and provide recommendations to minimize legal exposure.

Requirements
Must have

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
High attention to detail, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Minimum 2 years of experience in legal support or advisory roles, preferably in a corporate or tech/startup environment.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Law or a related field.
Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and compliance matters.

Nice to have

Experience working with cross- border contracts or international clients.
Understanding of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA).
Experience using tools like Google Suite, DocuSign, or contract management software.
