Plan daily meetings with partners such as managers, chefs, and business owners of restaurant and coffee chains like Starbucks, Phúc Long, Phê La, Cheese Coffee, providing ingredients including beverages, meat, and potatoes.
Work with the R&D team to conduct demo sessions for clients to help them understand the products better and encourage them to incorporate these products into their chains.
Negotiate and suggest promotional programs and product samples to gain customer trust.
Monitor imports, exports, and stock levels, analyze and control inventory, and gather information on competitors (prices, policies, programs).
Handle order-related procedures and contracts, and follow up until the order is delivered, promptly informing customers of any unexpected issues.
Perform other tasks assigned by direct management. Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
