1. Demand Planning Development and Adjustment
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Category
Management teams to develop comprehensive weekly and monthly demand forecasts.
• Data Analytics and Trend Analysis: Analyze historical sales data, consumer behavior
patterns, marketing campaign impacts, and seasonal variables to inform forecasting
models.
• Forecast Validation: Conduct systematic cross-verification of forecasts against actual
sell-in and sell-out data on a weekly basis.
• Dynamic Forecast Management: Update and adjust weekly/monthly forecasts in
response to emerging market conditions and operational realities.
• Inventory Optimization: Monitor stock levels across all distribution centers to ensure
efficient product allocation and minimize regional imbalances between surplus and
shortage scenarios.
• Supply Chain Integration: Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse
Operations departments to facilitate timely inventory replenishment and adjustment in
accordance with demand projections.
2. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
• Forecast Accuracy Assessment: Continuously evaluate the precision of demand
forecasts and provide strategic recommendations for process optimization and
forecasting methodology enhancement
• Inventory Alert System: Monitor inventory levels and generate proactive alerts for
Category Management, Sales, and Customer Service teams regarding potential stock
issues.
• Regional Demand Tracking: Oversee product requirements from various regions and
product categories, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and maintaining
stakeholder communication.
3. Inter-departmental Coordination: Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with relevant
departments including Procurement, Sales, Category Management, and Warehouse Operations
to ensure plan feasibility and timeline adherence.
4. Additional Responsibilities: Execute supplementary tasks as assigned by immediate
supervisor and department leadership.Bachelor's degree or higher qualification, preferably in Business Administration,
Economics, Supply Chain Management, or Import/Export Management.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in comparable positions within demand
planning or supply chain management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
with advanced analytical capabilities.
Advanced English proficiency with demonstrated ability to comprehend technical
documentation in English.Full salary during probation
Salary range: negotiated
13th month salary bonus
Working time: Mon to Fri, 8:30-18:00
