Sycamore – Manages all data entry and management of our Student Information System
Report card - Generating report cards for every single quarter of the school year (4 quarters)
Rosters - Creating emergency rosters for emergency bags, and other rosters as requested
Substitute Teachers - Arranges for all Substitute teachers, keeps track of teacher’s working hours and reports to HR Department.
Attendance – Enter students’ absence to Sycamore, runs weekly report and works closely with Discipline Manager or Principal to report students who have excessive days of absence.
Principal's Secretary
▪ Manages Principal's calendar, performs clerical tasks requested by the Elementary Principal;
▪ Supports the elementary staffs
Teacher Support - Assists teachers in their use of the Sycamore attendance and grade book features.
Elementary events - Support the marketing department and in charge of logistics for the events
Interpretation - Sometimes assists with interpretation with families who only speak Vietnamese.
Working with parents when needed
Roster Expert - Supports members of the Directors team in creating, tracking, managing a variety of rosters and schedules for student and staff activities
✔ Other tasks as assigned

1. Qualifications
Bachelor degree.
2. Skills:
English Proficiency
Good communication skills
Problem solving skill
3. Knowledge:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Google sheets and Excel
4. Personal attributes:
To be honest and trustworthy, cooperative
To have ability to work independently as well as team work
Highly patient and highly organized
5. Experience:
Minimum of 1 years (or equivalent) experience, preferable working for educational environment or foreign company;
