HQTS Group is looking for Inspections team leader to join our operation team in Vietnam taking care of Vietnam and the South East Asia operation. Detail of Job, please read below description:
Scope of work
1. To assure inspection team working smoothly and effectively.
2. Arrange all in inspection order in South East Asia.
3. To explore new resources and partners in South East Asia and assure labor force for business.
4. To control inspection cost, resources price and payment.
5.Account and Finance support
(1)Check inspection team reimbursement claim and submit for approval of inspection cost;
(2) Audit reliable when required;
(3) Confirm report price & complaint penalties if any to HR before payment;
(4) Provide account payable list for inspector and outsourcers to account department;
(5) Follow up with account department to assure for payment to inspectors & partners.
6.Finish other necessary job appointed by manager.

1.Expertise: have third party inspection experience is a advantage.
2.Language: Can Speak English
3.Skills:
(1) Strong in communication;
(2) Good planner;
(3) Ability of facilitation;
(4)Flair to mistakes and abnormalities;
(5) Good in Microsoft Office and adaptive to new system application.
4.Experience:
have third party inspection experience or related work experience for industries like textile, garment, furniture, food and agriculture, oil and gas.....
5.Personality:
o Independent and proactive;
o Well communicative toward convincible solution;
o Ability to develop strong and trusting relationship at all levels in an organization;
o Very well organized, careful, solution oriented with a can-do attitude;
o Flexible and creative.
6. Salary range: 500USD-6500USD
Compensation:
Labor contract and insurance by law, modern technology, active team- work, good career path.
