Role summary

• We are seeking a proactive candidate to lead regulatory activities across Asia - with a strong focus in regulatory affairs regarding the products in Vietnam markets.
• Working location: Hanoi, Vietnam

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Strategy & Compliance

• Develop and execute regulatory strategies for health supplement registration for Asia markets – with primary focus on Vietnam
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks, including product labelling, claims, and advertising standards

Product Registration & Approval

• Prepare and submit product registration dossiers, ensuring timely approval from relevant authorities
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of local and regional health supplement regulations and proactively manage regulatory changes & license renewals

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the key local liaison with Vietnamese regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other external stakeholders in Vietnam, on matters concerning but not limited to: Regulatory, Quality, and Logistics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Product Development, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Science, and external parties such as contract manufacturers, regulatory agents, and distributors

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive regulatory records
• Provide regular regulatory updates and reports to direct reporting manager

Collaboration with Quality Assurance

• Organize local laboratory tests to support Product Registrations
• Managing local customers complaints and follow up

Qualifications & Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Science or any related field e.g. Pharmacy, Food Science, Biotechnology, Medical etc.
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in regulatory affairs, specifically health supplement registration in Vietnam
• Fluent in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks across Asia
• Experience in registering Infant Milk Formula or Pet Food & Supplements is a plus
