● Communicate effectively to influencers to understand Hiip’s service and to
use Hiip’s platform
● Maintain active relationships with influencers, communicate ting regularly
via email, phone calls and live meetings
● Strategically engage with influencers to build professional and personal
relationships that lead to successful project execution and new
opportunities
● Support to define and refine influencer segmentation and to create plans
which aims to effectively manage and develop influencer resources, both in
quantity and quality
● Support to create plans and implement them which aims to optimize the
cost, the effectiveness of influencer performance and company solution
Campaign Management & Client Service
● Collaborate with Sales department in all aspects of selling and client
service which belongs to influencer area: recommendation, costing,
project operating, reporting to ensure the best quality of each campaign
as well as each client
● Handle paperworks and payment tasks for influencers
Team Management
● Build, develop, manage team to meet the KPIs for months, quarters and
year
● Train personnel and help team members develop their skills
● Make reports for months, quarters and year as assigned by line manager
● Partner with manager levels both internally and externally to design
operation processes to improve productivity and performance
● Other tasks assigned by Campaign Operation Manager
